Work with theatre professionals from New York and beyond! Teenagers eager to immerse themselves in an intensive theatre experience need look no further. Led by professional mentors from Juilliard, Phillips Exeter Academy and New York’s professional theaters, the third annual Theatre Institute will focus on the training of actors. Actors will perform in short plays directed by master teachers and will receive intensive acting classes each day. Evening workshops with guest artists will be offered each night. (These are optional for day students.) A final theatre production will be staged at the culminating assembly. For high school students who want an exciting professional experience that will truly expand their acting ability, this program is the one!
